the rooms were definitely larger than other tokyo hotels. you can check the laundry status on tv too - very convenient. microwave also available at the common area. you can leave ur luggages for free before ur check in time/after you check out - something not every hotel offers. i encountered some problems but the service was superb 10/10: 1. the towel was stained on my first night so i called them and they exchanged for me immediately🙏 2. there were 2 washing machines that seemed to be empty but it was locked (?) /showed occupied on the tv - called them if they could do something about it so other people including myself could use the machine and they settled it swiftly + called me back to let me know i can use the machine🙏 3. i lost something in a shop and only realised it when i went back to the hotel; i wanted to call the shop but i didnt have a japanese phone number - i went to the reception to ask if they could help and 伊東 san was so nice to help me call them. she was very patient with me while i was trying to converse with my beginner-level Japanese. as i was leaving japan the next day, she suggested me to email them so the next person taking over the shift the next day can still contact me when im out of the hotel. 松下 san, who was in charge the next day was very kind to call the shop again to check on the item and emailed me back on the status. unfortunately, the item was never found but im very grateful to both 伊東 san and 松下 san for helping me - it wasnt something gravely important (i.e passport or credit cards) that will hinder me from leaving the country, but they still went all out to help me. thank you both. 🙏

The hotel was conveniently located a short 5 minute walk to the train line and subway station, so traveling around Tokyo was very easy from this hotel. There were many restaurants, shopping centers, and convenient stores all around as well. This was more of a residential area as opposed to touristy location, which was great because it was less crowed than other areas of Tokyo; however, it was a quick trip (about 10 minutes or so) on the express line to Tokyo station right in the center of Tokyo. Also, each tour we took could pick us up at this hotel, so that made seeing other parts of Japan stress-free. There were very big rooms across the hall, but the room we had was small. Despite being on the small size, it was enough space for what we needed. It was extremely clean and well taken care of, which is very important to me. The bed was very comfortable and we never heard another sound from either the hall or other rooms while we were in the room, so we could relax when coming back from a long day of site-seeing. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to start off each day, and the staff - especially in the breakfast area- was wonderful and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Subway and JR line are just a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and looks brand new. We booked a double room with extra bed. It was not cramped at all and sufficient for our family of 4 (2 kids, 12 and 9 years old). Beds were comfy and we were able to sleep soundly. We were provided pajamas and extra pillows. The cleaning staff changed our towels and pajamas, and picked up our trash daily. Every 3 days of stay, there was a cleaning service. AC and heater all working well. We loved that we can use the toilet, bathroom and wash basin simultaneously as they were separate from each other. Washing machine was very useful. Wash and dry self-service laundry is 500 yen for 10kg. Breakfast was filling but was repetitive so after 3 days, we were already craving for other menu. There were hygiene/beauty products and some tea products at the reception which you can take. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. They used translator device to communicate with us. They helped us book Yamato service to port our luggages to Osaka. Overall a wonderful stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel!

The hotel was in a great location - just a five minute walk to public transportation - subways, trains, and busses - at the Kinshicho Station. Getting to other areas of Tokyo from here was very efficient and easy once we got used to the system! There were tons of restaurants, shopping centers, and convenient stores all around the hotel. Our room was on the smaller size, but if was quiet, comfortable, and most importantly clean! The breakfast provided a wide variety of food types from which to choose and the staff there was so friendly and accommodating. The hostess always greeted us, found us a good table, remembered how many people were in our party, and helped us get the elevator when leaving while letting us know the weather for the day in English. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel provided my 1 year old the amenities she needed: a baby crib, baby bath tub and a toilet seat for my 3 year old, things that several big hotels dont even provide for age reasons. It's a walk to the train station which it's not a problem for me as there are shops, restaurants and 3 major malls nearby. A 24 hour supermarket is handy for some late night 'i forgot to buy in the day' kind of stuffs. Breakfast is ok, adequate. Entrance to hotel is locked after midnight so keep the card key handy. Will stay there again if had the chance.
